“WHEN I DREAM”

When I dream,

It is of a beautiful night,

One that only shines upon your skin so bright,

I see your eyes under the moon light,

And the silhouette created by its rays oh what a beautiful sight,

I imagine what it is to be,  how it feels to touch, somehow what it is like,

To kiss and hold and hug and wake up with you next to me…..

In the middle of the night,

When the morning comes I don’t want to wake,

Due to all the tears the morning makes,

See I not only cry for happiness and thankfulness of a new day,

I also cry because my dream isn’t my reality,

I wish for your arms to embrace me,

So I dream and hope to soon experience and feel that some time soon…….

Someday-

when I dream.
